How to apply?

     The important topics on the matters to be discussed are given, the eminent persons who are willing to participate in the festival may kindly fill in the application form enclosed, noting the topics in which they are willing to give discourse and send the application form to reach the Director, Tourism Department, Government of Puducherry, Puducherry, India - 605 001.

     The tentative programme is also furnished. Complete bio-data shall be enclosed with the application form. The delegates who want to participate in the Demonstration have to apply in the prescribed form enclosed herewith. The date and time of the Demonstration will be announced with the syllabus at the time of Registration.

     The delegates will be provided boarding and lodging free of cost during the festival period. The observers will make their own arrangements for their stay during the festival. The delegates who are residing in Puducherry will not be given accommodation.

     The Foreign delegates will have to pay 70 (Seventy) U.S. Dollars each as registration fee at the time of registration. The Indian delegates will have to pay Rs. 700 (Rupees Seven hundred only) each as registration fee at the time of registration. The registration fee for children is Rs. 100 and accompanying parents Rs. 200.

     No travelling allowance and daily allowance will be paid for the journey performed for the festival. The participants who have sent applications are requested to be present in the Subalakshmi Mahal, Muthialpet, Puducherry.

     The filled-in application forms may be sent to the following address. The detailed programme will be handed over to the participants at the time of registration.
